Calabrese Seeds
Calabrese is often confused with Broccoli, with the main reason being, supermarkets tend to label Calabrese as Broccoli. Although they are closely related, they are actually 2 different varieties of the same plant. However, Calabrese, with its bluish-green heads, matures much quicker than Broccoli and has a distinctive taste.
It can be used and cooked in the same way as Broccoli and is featured in many recipes, such as roast Calabrese with garlic and chilli. Many Italian dishes also include Calabrese.
