Packet of Florence Fennel Sweet Florence Seeds Sweet Florence is an older variety that is best sown later to try an avoid the issue of bolting. When sown in late June it will give a succession of cropping from September onwards. A taller variety with erect foliage that can be used for cooking.

Tolerant of short frosts down to -5C. But longer periods will cause to bolt.

Best sown direct as doesn't like roots being disturbed.
